This award winning project for a private client comprised the refurbishment of an existing coach house and a single storey extension including new basement construction.

The works included various unique design features such as a 5 metre high automated 'cat flap' door, a secretpivotting brick clad door and a pulley operated light rig and television screen.

The project won the Daily Telegraph British Homes Award for Interior Design 2011 and was shortlisted for the RIBA Interior Design Awards 2012.

MPA acted as quantity surveyor.
