30 Years & Still Counting...
MPA celebrated 30 years of existence with a celebration party at Hixter Bankside on 26 February 2015. We were happy to see so many friends, clients and supporters who have helped sustain us over the past three decades. Thanks to you all.

Kon'nichiwa! MPA are thrilled to have been appointed as QS and Contract Administrator on a new flagship Japanese restaurant in London. The project will be the second venture outside Japan for the acclaimed Master Chef Yoshihiro Murata, a world leading exponent of kaiseki cuisine, which features seasonal vegetables and fish and is renowned for its low calorie count.
With the backing of Japans largest agricultural Cooperative, the new restaurant venture is being designed by Japanese design agency Glamorous, and will be ready for an Autumn 2015 opening.
Years in the Making
After several years of planning negotiations, party wall negotiations and false starts, the Ermenegildo Zegna store project in New Bond Street finally started on site on 19 January 2015.
Spring Has Arrived
Skye Gyngell's new restaurant, Spring, has just opened in Somerset House. MPA acted as Quantity Surveyor and Client Liaison on the project which made use of space previosly inaccessible to the general public for over 150 years.
Versace Roll-Out
MPA are lucky to have been appointed as cost consultants on a mini roll-out of Versace stores in Westfield White City and Birmingham for both the 'Versus' and 'Firstline' concepts.
As a starter the first project was a 5,000 sq ft pop-up store in Westfield.
More Coffee Please
Following completion of a flagship store on Regent Street and other units in Manchester's Trafford Centre and on Brompton Road for Nespresso, we have been retained by the luxury coffee brand to act on their continuing roll-out of stores across the UK and Ireland.
