MPA acted as Project Manager and QS on the newest bar in the Lucky Voice chain, Chancery lane in Holborn. At over 200m2, it is the largest private room karaoke venue in Central London which also features a large dance floor and live DJ on weekends.

Designed by Cheeky Tiki, the project took over a previous karaoke venue, and within 6 weeks on site was transformed with a new lux pop aesthetic and all new sound systems. A new bar and a VIP karaoke room was added within the main space.
