Hakkasan opened arguably its most exquisite and talked about restaurant in the heart of Mayfair serving contemporary Cantonese cuisine.
The elegently designed space is set over two floors - the lower ground floor 145 cover restaurant provides intimate dining in a traditional Hakkasan setting whilst the 75 seat ground floor brings together a combination of a relaxed lounge atmosphere and a vibrant bar.
The combination of intricate wooden screens and specialist finishes was completed whilst accommodating the complexities of installing extensive services to the large kitchens.
The project costs were managed via close liaison and co-ordination with the designers, contractor and specialist subcontractors to ensure the final cost was within the initial budget prepared almost two years earlier.
