Alan Yau's new restaurant, Duck and Rice, on Berwick Street, Soho following on from Babaji on Shaftesbury Avenue. Both restaurants were designed by Istanbul designers Autoban.
The restaurant is a radical conversion of a former pub located in a relatively new concrete framed building. A large open square footplate and clear elevations has afforded an opportunity for Autoban to bring their renowned reputation for the creative use of ceramics, stained glass and dark oak to London.
A large feature spiral stair between two floors creates an exciting drinking & dining venue serviced by a large basement kitchen.
