MPA were proud to be appointed to work with FD Architecture on the development of a shell building to provide D&AD with new offices, meeting rooms and event space. The 8000sqft shell was over ground and basement levels of a restored Victorian building which retained the façade on Cheshire street.
As the project was for a charitable organisation, the finances were scrutinised at every stage, and costs were monitored closely to remain within budget and to challenge the spend in areas to maximise value. Maybe one day there will be a coveted D&AD yellow pencil for cost planning. Maybe…
