Following the introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, the appointment of a Principal Designer is required on construction projects. Although CDM applies generally to all projects, more projects will now become 'Notifiable' if they either last longer than 30 working days and have more than 20 workers working simultaneously at any point in the project; or exceed 500 person days.

MPA fully understand the issues regarding the CDM Regulations but also are aware of clients' commercial needs, and can tailor a package to suit each individual project. Our role has been used both independently of and in connection with our other services.
