This Turkish cuisine project was a departure for Alan Yau from the traditional Oriental restaurants and allowed Istanbul designers, Autoban, to create an authentic Turkish interior inside a former steakhouse restaurant in London’s Soho

A dominant feature of the interior is the vivid blue ceramic tiles created by craftsmen in Istanbul, which were specially made and imported into the UK to be incorporated with the bespoke furniture and bar fittings. The central focal point is the large pizza oven where diners can watch the chefs at work.
